“Everybody is a genius but if you judge a fish by its ability to climb a tree, it will live its whole life believing that it is stupid” (Albert Einstein).
Fish has a natural tendency to swim, and a bird can
fly in the sky. If we judge a fish by its ability to fly and a bird by its ability
to swim, we will end up judging them as incapable of anything. The same happens
with humans. People are not valued by what they can do, but they are misjudged by
unfair comparison. For example, Einstein was a genius in physics but if he is
judged by his inability to play cricket, he is stupid.
Everybody is unique and has their own ability.
This is the beauty of creation that He has created every individual different
from each other. If this difference is realized, everyone is a genius in their
own way. Hence, we should discover the areas in which we are naturally good and
focus our full energy to reach our high potential. Don’t let the world judge your
inabilities by pointless comparisons, rather, show them the potential for which
you are born.
